Summertime drinks can be cool, refreshing and very satisfying without the added calories of alcohol. When you can't even taste the alcohol in fruity drinks, try leaving it out.

Watermelon Berry Margarita


500 mL frozen watermelon cubes* 2 cups
250 mL fresh watermelon cubes 1 cup
250 mL raspberry sorbet 1 cup
15 mL fresh lime juice 1 tbsp
125 mL ice cubes ½ cup
cold water
lime juice and granulated sugar for garnish

*Freeze fresh cubes of watermelon for about 4 hours.

1. Combine first five ingredients together in a blender and process to desired consistency. Add cold water as needed.

2. Serve in a sugar-rimmed glass, made by dipping the rim of each glass in lime juice, then granulated sugar.

Makes 4 servings.
