Warm Mango and Prawn Wrap
2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and Hoisin sauce; set aside. 3. In a skillet, melt butter or margarine over medium-high heat; add garlic, shrimp and chili flakes; saute until shrimp are translucent (about 1minute). 4. For each wrap, divide and place on tortilla in this order: rice vermicelli, mango and avocado slices, trimmed whole green onion, sprouts and warm prawns. Dollop mayonnaise mixture over ingredients. Fold or roll tortilla to enclose filling. Tip:
