Tropical Dreams Smoothie

 

 

125 mL Dole fresh pineapple, cut in chunks ½ cup and frozen
1 Dole organic banana, peeled, sliced 1 and frozen
250 mL Dole pineapple juice 1 cup
½ (300 g) package plain dessert tofu ½ 3-4 ice cubes 3-4

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Pour into serving glasses and sip with a colourful straw!
