Grilled Salmon Sandwich with Spinach and Brie
2. Combine salmon with green pepper, spinach, and mayonnaise in a bowl and blend well. 3. Place bread slices on a baking sheet and top with thin slices of Brie. Spread salmon mixture over the Brie. 4. Broil
sandwiches 4" (10 cm) from heat for about 7 minutes or until lightly
browned and bubbling hot. Season with pepper. Slice open-faced sandwiches in
