Cranberry & White Chocolate Oat Cookies These cookies are “rich but real”. When you indulge, make it worthwhile.
2. In large bowl, beat together butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy. Add fl our and salt, mix well. 3. Dissolve baking soda in boiling water. Add to fl our mixture. 4. Stir in rolled oats, cranberries and white chocolate chips. 5. Drop by tablespoons 2" (5 cm) apart onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 6. Bake 12-15 minutes.
