Cranberry Orange Muffins
2. Place cranberries in food processor or blender to coarsely chop. Set aside. 3. Place orange in food processor or blender and puree. Set aside. 4. In medium bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices. 5. In a small bowl, beat together egg, milk and melted butter. 6. Stir the cranberries, orange puree and egg mixture into dry ingredients, just until combined. 7. Butter or spray 12 muffin cups and spoon in batter. 8.
Bake about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes
