In a large bowl, combine cereal and chocolate chips. Set aside. In a large saucepan, melt margarine over low heat. Add marshmallows and cook until marshmallows are melted and mixture is well-blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add crispy rice or puffed wheat cereal and chocolate chips. Gently fold together until chocolate chips are melted and cereal is well coated with marshmallow mixture and chocolate. Immediately, press mixture into prepared baking pan. Use a greased spoon to lightly press mixture in baking pan. Let cool or refrigerate to cool. Once cool, cut into squares. Honey Cinnamon
Variation: Reduce amount of marshmallows to 34 large and add 4 tablespoons
(60 mL) honey when melting marshmallows. When removed from heat, add
1 teaspoon (5 mL) cinnamon and stir to combine. Add cereal and gently
