Spinach and Artichoke Dip
2. In a medium bowl, mix together artichokes, spinach, garlic, lemon juice, mayonnaise, sour cream and Parmesan cheese. Pack into a small baking dish or oven-proof crock. 3. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. 4. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. 5.
Serve with slices of baguette, Western Family crackers or tortilla
chips and/or vegetable sticks. Makes 375 mL (1½ cups) Nutritional
